We use timber frame or SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels) instead of concrete block work. This makes our builds faster, more energy-efficient, and cost-effective - without compromising on strength or quality
We take a practical approach to sustainable building practices, employing the use of smart sustainable materials, energy-efficient designs, intelligent heating & cooling technology and offer upgrades like solar PV, sedum roofs, and rainwater harvesting. We often use ground screw foundations - galvanised steel screws driven into the ground to create a level platform. They can be installed year-round, are conservation-friendly, and avoid the need for heavy excavation. We also employ various different solutions depending on where you need the building.
